Vision and Scope
SINA is one Arabic-first medical platform for clinics and future care-delivery organizations. It combines shared identity, organizations, staff, patients, appointments, clinical records, files, permissions, audit, reporting, and operational tools without creating a separate application per specialty.
SINA is available for controlled evaluation. Availability in a demonstration does not mean a feature is enabled for your clinic or approved for clinical use. Ask your clinic administrator which workflows are available before relying on them.
Current Focus
Dental clinics are the nearest specialized market. The product currently prioritizes owner-dentists, dentists, assistants, reception/cashier staff, and clinic managers working within their own clinic. Hospital workflows are not part of the current clinic guide.

The guide covers signing in, patients, appointments, dental visits and charting, treatment, invoices, payments, communications, and reports. Some communication options require your clinic's administrator to activate the relevant service.
Product Principles
- Arabic is a primary interface language; English and RTL/LTR behavior remain first-class.
- Your clinic's records remain separate from other clinics, and your role determines which actions you can perform.
- Clinical, operational, financial, and communication records remain separate even when workflows link them.
- Mobile and tablet support are responsive-web and PWA capabilities today; native applications and broad offline clinical editing are not implemented.
- A visible page does not mean every action is available for your role.
