What SINA covers
Start with your clinic's available work
SINA brings the clinic's patients, appointments, dental care and patient accounts into one application. Arabic and English are primary interface languages. The current specialist focus is the dental clinic: owner-doctors, dentists, assistants, reception, billing staff and clinic managers.
The platform is available for controlled evaluation. A feature shown in Demo is not proof that it is enabled for your clinic or approved for clinical use. Review your clinic's actual availability and readiness before relying on it.
Tasks covered by this guide
- Find and register patients, book appointments and record arrival.
- Start, pause, resume and complete dental visits.
- Record findings, performed care, notes and treatment plans in the dental record.
- Review service prices, invoices, actual payments and patient balances.
- Use permitted files, messages, material records and clinic reports.
Availability depends on the clinic, your permissions and any required service activation. For example, a communication option may need activation before it can send. Seeing a page does not grant every action on it.
Three device options, with different purposes

Windows local preview is not automatically approved by installation or plan payment. It does not automatically transfer or merge patient data. It is a local preview, not a statement of production or clinical approval.
The phone/tablet option described here is the web app, not a promise of a separately delivered native mobile app. See installation choices and the exact device-copy scope.
What do feature status labels mean?

Hospital workflows and unrestricted editing of every part of SINA without connection are outside this guide's current scope. Future plans are not available features.
Keep the steps distinct
Clinic records and access remain scoped to your clinic and role. Clinical, appointment, financial and communication records remain different even when linked. Completing treatment does not itself receive money or send a message. Installing an app does not prepare its data or verify a backup.
