Daily Goal
Choose the right arrived patient safely and keep dental findings, procedures, treatment plans, images, prescriptions, follow-up, and checkout handoffs connected.
Primary Workspace
Use shared Today for current patient movement and Patient Record for the odontogram, treatment plan, images, prescriptions, appointments, and history. An owner-doctor can also open Schedule, Patients, Accounts, Communications, Reports, Team, Clinic setup, and Support when authorized; a second role-specific shell is not required.
Common Tasks
- Review the mutually exclusive active, In clinic now, Not arrived yet, and completed states.
- Record arrival when the doctor is also operating the front desk.
- Start any eligible waiting patient; arrival order is guidance, not a forced “next patient.”
- Continue the active Visit or explicitly resume a paused Visit.
- Confirm medical warnings before treatment.
- Select tooth or oral-region context when needed.
- Record findings, procedures, and next treatment steps.
- Request follow-up scheduling or send completed work to checkout.
Access Boundaries
The shared navigation is not a substitute for authorization. Read and write actions remain capability-checked by the backend, including financial, team, clinic-setting, and clinical changes.
