Getting Started With SINA

Arabic version is available through the language switcher.

SINA uses one shared shell for clinic work. A page may adapt its actions to the organization's current setup and the signed-in user's capabilities without forking the navigation into separate doctor and front-desk products.

Most users begin with one of these areas:

  • Today for the active Visit, patients in the clinic, appointments that have not arrived, and completed work.
  • Schedule for day, week, and month appointment planning.
  • Patients for finding a patient and opening the Patient Record.
  • More for Accounts, Communications, Reports, Team, Clinic setup, and Support.

Confirm the clinic and signed-in account before working. Shared navigation does not authorize a change: each write is still checked by the backend.

What To Do First

  1. Open Today and review the active, In clinic now, and Not arrived yet states.
  2. Use patient search instead of scrolling long lists.
  3. Open appointments from the schedule or daily queue.
  4. Use contextual actions inside a patient, visit, treatment plan, checkout, or communication item instead of looking for every feature in the sidebar.
